I’m going to bring the printer at the Bickford Spring Fest this weekend, on Christie and Bloor, to share with everybody this amazing thing of 3D printing! Hope to see you there in number!

We attended a 3d pinting/scanning birthday party and we had the chance to use a kinect camera to scan us through the software ReconstructMe, mounting on a wheeled office chair and then cleaning up the obtained model through Meshlab. Here the results!

After 5 weeks from our order, the Ultimaker arrived. Now shipping times are reduced to only 10 days!

Here all the pieces, in the back the wood sheets still wrapped. They also shipped some pla silver plastic, so to start to print something.
